How do you...???

Tell one of your best and oldest friends that the guy that she's seeing:

Needs to take his medication on a regular basis
Hasn't worked in over a year

Is a worthless liar

But these things need to be worded differently as to not hurt her feelings. I feel like she has low self esteem and would not have to date someone so pathetic if she opened her eyes and took a good look at him. (or maybe she needs to get laid and he's her only option at this time...now that's pathetic)
